Founded by Stacy Denney in 2003, Barefoot & Pregnant is one of the most trusted names for information, services and innovation among expecting women.  When she launched her first prenatal spa located in Mill Valley, Calif., she quickly realized the demand for specialized services pregnant moms could trust.

Barefoot & Pregnant didn’t go unnoticed.  Stacy Denney was invited to pen books, contribute to leading web sites and consult on multiple boards.  Barefoot & Pregnant won awards, and was recognized by hundreds of media outlets across the country ranging from Fit Pregnancy and LA Times to the “Today Show”. 

Stacy received dozens of inquiries from would-be Barefoot & Pregnant spa owners from across the world, including perinatology practices, massage therapists and 4D imaging companies.  To make the award-winning concept more available to spas and moms, Stacy developed the Belly Friendly program.
